Redeem Points
The Redeem page turns redeemable Points into the reward and payout options offered to your account.
Locked Points remain for designated in-app uses, while the activity behind your balance is recorded separately. Before submitting a request, read the chosen option from beginning to end so the amount, channel, recipient, fees, and timing are clear.
Open Redeem
- Open your Points balance from your profile.
- Review your redeemable and locked balances.
- Choose an available option on the Redeem page.
Only redeemable Points can be used for rewards on this page. Cashout also requires physical presence in a supported country, a local network, an eligible account, and an offered payout option. If Redeem or an expected option is missing, read the notice before changing account or recipient information.
Review an option
Before continuing, compare the required Points, payout channel, fees, net amount, recipient requirements, and estimated timing. Options differ by account and location. Cashout usually arrives within a few minutes but may take up to 3 business days, depending on the channel and request status.
Make sure the channel and recipient type match the account that will receive the reward. The option page shows the fee and net amount before you continue. The final confirmation summarizes the Points, channel, and recipient fields for this submission; an older request or another person's option may be different.
Submit your request
- Choose an available reward and channel.
- Enter and verify the requested recipient information.
- Review every detail on the confirmation screen.
- Submit only when the information is correct.
A submitted request cannot be changed, edited, or redirected to another recipient. If it fails, the Points used for the request are automatically returned to your balance. Do not submit several requests to correct the same entry; first look for the original request in History. Restrictions can also apply when account or reward activity does not meet fair-use rules.
Track the result in History
Open History on the Redeem page to follow a submitted request. History separates submitted requests from options you only viewed and provides the status and details for each record.
For an issue with a specific request, open that History record and start feedback from there. This keeps the report connected to the transaction. Describe the status and what appears wrong instead of sending complete payment or account details in a separate message.
Protect recipient information
Enter recipient information only in the Redeem flow provided by FOCUS. Before sending feedback, hide full payment details, government identifiers, authentication codes, and unrelated balances. The History record and transaction status give support the context it needs without requiring you to publish sensitive information.
