How to cash out

1. Open the "My" tab and tap your Points balance.
2. On the withdrawal page, choose a reward/amount (shown as required Points).
3. Confirm the details and select an available payout method.
4. Submit your request and wait for processing.

You can redeem your redeemable Points for rewards shown on the withdrawal page (for example: e-wallet cash, gift cards).

Which Points Can Be Withdrawn?

• Only redeemable Points shown on the withdrawal page can be redeemed.
• Locked Points cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for in-app purchases.

Processing Time and Common Failures

• Processing time varies by payout method. It can take a few seconds or minutes and, in some cases, up to 3 business days.
• If a request fails, common reasons include incorrect recipient information, an unavailable recipient account, or payment failure. Check your payout details and try again.

Why Is Cashout Not Available in My Country?

Currently, cashout is available for users in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Brazil. Make sure you are in one of these countries and using a local network.

How Many Times Can I Cash Out?

You can cash out whenever you have enough redeemable Points.

• Regular amounts: unlimited.
• Most promotional amounts: limited to once per day.

Why Can't I Cash Out / Withdraw?

• Make sure you are in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, or Brazil and using a local network.
• Make sure you have enough redeemable Points (the required amount is shown on the withdrawal page).
• New users receive their first free withdrawal, no strings attached.

Where Can I Find the Free Withdrawal?

If you are a new user, you can find your first free withdrawal in the task list on the "My" tab. Other amounts are available after you tap your balance and redeem with your earned Points.
