What are Points?

Points are the rewards you earn by using FOCUS. When you have enough redeemable Points, you can redeem them for the rewards shown on the withdrawal page (for example: e-wallet cash, gift cards).

Points vs EXP

  • Points are a reward balance. Depending on the point type, they can be redeemed or used for certain in-app purchases.
  • EXP reflects your engagement over time. Higher EXP may unlock more rewards and privileges.

Where to See Your Points

  • Open the "My" tab to see your current Points balance.
  • Tap your Points balance to open the redemption/withdrawal page.

Locked Points and Gifting

  • Locked Points cannot be withdrawn. They can be used for in-app purchases (for example: Premium services and advanced features).
  • Some accounts may have point gifting. Gifted Points are locked and can only be used for in-app purchases.

Notes

  • Points are not cash. They become a reward only when you redeem them through the withdrawal page.
  • Rewards and withdrawal options may vary by country/region, network environment, and promotions.
