How to Earn Points
FOCUS connects Points to content, Play, creator programs, invitations, and tasks. Some credits happen during active participation; others begin with a clearly defined activity.
Every activity explains how to take part and how completion is recorded. Read those details before you begin so you know what to do and where the outcome will appear.
How earning works
- Open an activity and review its requirements before starting.
- Complete the required steps while signed in to the correct FOCUS account.
- Review the result shown when the activity finishes.
- Check your Points balance or the Creator or Referral Dashboard for credited activity.
Treasure Chests
Treasure Chests connect selected content and Play experiences with optional Points activities.
- Explore content, videos, or games that show a Treasure Chest.
- Open a Treasure Chest when one appears.
- If an optional rewarded ad is offered, review the prompt and decide whether to continue.
- Complete the flow and review the result shown in FOCUS.
Everyday activities
Check-ins, tasks, browsing, watching, Play, and time-limited activities can offer additional Points. Points from supported content and games may be automatically credited while you actively browse or use Play while signed in. Explicit activities begin from a task, Treasure Chest, or activity entry and state what completion requires. Partner activities may also require first-time participation and confirmation from the partner before a reward is recorded.
Some activities track one completion, while others show progress across several actions. Leaving an item open without active use does not earn a credit. Check the activity result or Points balance to confirm what was recorded; frequency and amount can vary by experience.
What to expect
Treasure Chest and rewarded-ad availability depends on suitable advertising. Reward size is connected to ad value, which can vary by region, ad inventory, and campaign. A smaller reward or a temporary No Suitable Ads message does not necessarily mean the feature failed; choose another activity or return later.
When no activity or ad is offered, there is no flow to complete. A failure is different: the flow starts but does not finish as expected. Do not repeat a completed action to force another outcome. Read Reward eligibility and fair use before reporting a missing credit.
Create and invite
Creator and invitation programs can add more ways to earn when offered to your account.
These programs have their own content, account, and activity requirements. Read the program page before publishing or sharing, then use its Dashboard to find credited rewards. Participation alone does not create a reward.
Review credited rewards
Your Points balance reflects credited activity. For creator rewards, open your creator profile and select Credited to open the Creator Dashboard. For invitation rewards, open Referral, then select Referral Dashboard. These dashboards show rewards already credited; they are not manual claim lists.
When something looks missing, compare the activity result, the relevant Dashboard, and your current balance before contacting support. Include the activity or content, approximate time, and status shown, but leave out passwords, authentication codes, and unrelated account information.
