Account & Sign-in

Your FOCUS account keeps followed content, Points and EXP, creator records, invitations, and settings together. Signing in with the original method is what brings that history back to the correct account.

If sign-in does not finish, notice where it stops: before the external sign-in service confirms your identity, or after FOCUS begins opening the account. That distinction makes the next step easier to identify.

Sign in to your account

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Select the sign-in method connected to your account.
  3. Complete the confirmation shown by that sign-in service.
  4. Update FOCUS and try again if the sign-in flow does not finish.

Sign-in methods can vary. Do not select a different one merely to bypass an error, because it may open or create another account. After changing devices or reinstalling FOCUS, choose the method previously connected to your account and complete the provider's confirmation.

Use one account per device. Creating, deleting, or cycling through several accounts on the same device can restrict rewards or Redeem. If several people share a device, consider this rule before another account signs in: multiple accounts can affect reward or Redeem access even with different sign-in methods.

If you still cannot sign in, open Help & Feedback and include the sign-in method you selected, the step that did not finish, and the message shown. Never include the password, one-time code, or recovery information used by the provider.

Request a review

If an account or feature restriction seems incorrect, read the complete message and identify the feature, content item, or account action it concerns. Avoid repeating the restricted action while you prepare the request.

Use Help & Feedback and include the affected feature, approximate time, message shown, and why you believe another review is needed. Keep the request focused on your account and the decision. Unrelated activity or another person's private information will not help locate the issue.

Request account deletion

  1. Open Settings in FOCUS.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Review the information shown and choose a reason.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Before confirming, read what the page says about account access and associated data. Account deletion is different from signing out, removing the app, or changing a profile field, so use this flow only when you intend to submit a deletion request.

FOCUS signs you out after accepting the request. The account is marked for deletion and scheduled to be deleted after 90 consecutive days without activity. Keep the confirmation and follow its instructions before signing in again. If you cannot open Settings, contact support from the email address used to register the account and where you can receive a reply, without sending authentication secrets.

Protect your account

Never send your password, one-time code, recovery code, or complete authentication token to support. FOCUS support does not need those secrets to review a sign-in message, account restriction, or deletion request.

Sign in only through the flow opened by FOCUS or its recognized provider. Protect your device and email account, treat unexpected confirmation requests with care, and contact support when the account opened after sign-in is not the one you expected.
