Publish Content

Publishing turns original media and ideas into a post that people can discover through your creator profile and Topics.

A post can combine media, information, a Topic, and access options for its format. Bringing those elements together carefully gives viewers an accurate sense of what they will open and how they can take part.

Create a post

  1. Open your creator profile and select Publish.
  2. Choose a supported format and select your content.
  3. Add the requested details and choose a Topic when required.
  4. Use Preview when offered and inspect the post.
  5. Publish only when the content and settings are correct.

The publishing flow identifies the format, media requirements, and Topic options for your selection. Titles, descriptions, and Topics should accurately describe what a viewer will open. If media is still processing or a required field is incomplete, finish that step before publishing rather than relying on a later edit.

Account access and publishing limits

Some post formats and daily limits depend on account level, followers, likes, EXP, and the FOCUS version in use. The publishing flow identifies the capabilities and limits for your account, including any requirement that must be completed before a format opens.

These conditions can change as your account progresses or the product is updated. Follow the explanation beside the format or publish action instead of relying on a fixed threshold from an older guide. Updating FOCUS can resolve a version requirement, while account requirements must be completed on the signed-in creator profile.

Choose access and promotion settings

  • Enable Premium only when the selected Topic supports subscriptions.
  • Select Add Link or Contact to add a product, service, or contact action to Premium content. Confirm any Points cost before publishing.
  • Follow the setup order in FOCUS when one option depends on another.

Access and promotion settings change what a viewer can open or do from the post. In Preview, confirm the Topic, Points information, and visible action. If one option disappears after another setting changes, the publishing flow explains how to return to a valid combination.

Manage published content

Open your creator profile and select the post. Confirm that its format, Topic, and access state match your final Preview. The content menu contains the management actions for that post, including Delete when removal is possible.

Management actions can differ by content and state. Read the confirmation before deleting anything. After completing an action, reopen your creator profile to verify the public post instead of assuming the change was applied.

If an option is unavailable

Read the publishing notice and identify whether it concerns the format, media processing, required Topic, account access, or a dependent setting. Correct that item and return to Preview before trying to publish again.

If the issue continues, use Help & Feedback with the format, Topic, approximate time, and notice you received. Describe the step you reached and whether Preview opened, but do not attach unrelated drafts, private account information, or content you do not have permission to share.
