Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

Location Information
With your permission, or when reasonably inferred from technical information such as your IP address or network, we may collect approximate or precise location information. This may include coordinates and related country, state, city, or district information. We may use location information to provide location-related features, determine whether certain rewards or cashout options are available, comply with regional requirements, prevent fraud, and secure the Services.
Device Permissions and Media
Some features may request access to your camera, microphone, photos, videos, files, location, or notifications. For example, these permissions may be needed to create or upload content, edit media, attach information to a support request, determine regional eligibility, or send notifications. We access these capabilities only when needed for a feature you choose to use and subject to your device permissions. You can manage permissions through your device settings, although disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and web-based features may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, understand usage, maintain security, and support advertising. Some technologies remain on your browser or device until they expire or you delete them. Your browser or device may allow you to block or delete these technologies, but doing so may affect functionality.

Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as needed to perform our agreement with you and provide the Services; based on our legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Services; to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent. The legal basis may vary depending on the information, purpose, feature, and place where you live.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether those interests are reasonably necessary and balanced against your rights. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent through an available control or by contacting us, although withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers and Affiliates
We may disclose information to affiliates and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, translation, content delivery, moderation, customer support, fraud prevention, and security. These parties may process information only as permitted by their arrangements with us and applicable requirements.
Sign-In and Connected Services
When you choose a third-party sign-in or connected service, we may exchange account identifiers, authentication tokens, and related information with that provider to complete the connection and keep it secure.
Advertising, Tasks, and Measurement
Advertising, mediation, offerwall, game, survey, and campaign partners may receive device, advertising, usage, location, eligibility, and reward-event information to select or measure content, verify task completion, prevent abuse, or provide rewards.
Redemption and Cashout Providers
We may disclose payee, account, transaction, identity, location, risk, and status information to payment or redemption partners as needed to review, process, complete, or troubleshoot a cashout or other redemption request.
Legal, Safety, and Enforcement Purposes
We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to an authorized request; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety, and property of FOCUS, our users, or others.
Business Transfers
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency proceeding, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.
At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, request a connected feature, or otherwise provide consent.
Public Content and Social Features
FOCUS includes community and creator features. Depending on the feature and your settings, your username, profile picture, profile information, posts, comments, reactions, follower relationships, Topics, Circles, rankings, creator activity, and other community activity may be visible to other users or the public. Other people may copy, share, or otherwise interact with information that you make public. Please consider this before posting.
Deleting your account or content may not remove copies that other people previously saved or shared. We may also retain limited records where necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Advertising and Personalization
We may use information to personalize content, recommendations, and advertising, and to measure whether content, campaigns, or ads are useful or effective. Advertising and task partners may use their own technologies and process information under their own privacy policies.
Your device may provide controls for advertising identifiers or personalized advertising. Resetting an identifier or changing a preference does not necessarily remove previously collected information, and you may continue to receive non-personalized or contextual advertising.
Your Choices and Controls
Depending on the Services and your device, you may be able to:
- Review or update certain account and profile information;
- Delete content or request deletion of your account;
- Manage camera, microphone, media, location, and notification permissions through device settings;
- Control cookies or local storage through browser settings;
- Manage advertising identifiers or personalization through device settings or other controls offered by participating providers;
- Exercise an available opt-out from certain targeted advertising or legally defined sale or sharing of personal information, where required by applicable law; and
- Unsubscribe from promotional email by using the instructions in the message.
We may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary for account security, transactions, policy updates, or operation of the Services.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to opt out of certain targeted advertising or legally defined sale or sharing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, appeal a decision on a privacy request, use an authorized agent, and complain to an appropriate authority.
These rights may be subject to identity verification and exceptions permitted by applicable law. To submit a request, use an available in-app control or contact us at the address below.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may need additional information to verify your identity, authority, or request before taking action.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, monitoring, and security review. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your device, account credentials, and connected accounts. Please notify us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, feature requirements, security and fraud-prevention needs, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Signed-in users may submit an account deletion request through Settings in the App. You may also contact us at [email protected]. When your request is successfully submitted, your account is marked as pending deletion and is scheduled for deletion after 90 consecutive days without account activity. The deletion schedule requires continued inactivity during that period.
After deletion, we may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance. Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer reasonably identifies you may also be retained. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through ordinary processes.
International Processing
FOCUS and the providers that support the Services may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection rules. Where required, we use reasonable measures designed to protect information when it is transferred or processed internationally.
Links and Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to, display content from, or allow you to interact with third-party websites, games, sign-in providers, advertising services, offerwalls, payment services, or other products. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that party's privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are at least 13 but have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action.
