Invitation Program Rules
Invitation programs are built for genuine new participants who choose to join FOCUS. The current program or activity page defines eligibility, what counts, and how rewards are finalized.
Reading those details before sharing helps you set the right expectation. An older example may describe a different period or program than the one offered to your account.
Invite genuinely
- Share invitations with people who want to receive them.
- Describe FOCUS and possible rewards accurately.
- Follow the qualifying steps shown for the program or activity.
- Keep invitation activity authentic and respectful.
An invitation should describe the product and the choice to participate without pressure or a guaranteed outcome. Repeatedly sending the same link, contacting people who did not ask for it, or describing an unconfirmed reward creates confusion and can make progress difficult to trace.
Keep participation eligible
- Use one account per device and invite genuine new participants.
- Do not use a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to bypass location, availability, or program rules.
- Do not create accounts for invited participants, automate activity, or coordinate repeated actions only to produce rewards or rankings.
- Complete every qualifying step shown on the current program or activity page.
When these rules are not followed, related rewards may not be granted and access to reward, invitation, or Redeem features may be limited or restricted. FOCUS may verify activity and correct invalid results. If a restriction appears incorrect, use Help & Feedback with the activity and notice you received.
How rewards are recorded
Eligible invitation rewards are credited automatically and appear in the Referral Dashboard and your Points balance. The Dashboard groups rewards that have already been added; it is not a queue of invitations waiting for a manual claim.
Some rewards appear only after an activity is finalized under its rules. Follow progress and rankings on the activity page, then use the Dashboard for the credited result. A shared link or visible rank alone does not establish that a reward has been recorded.
Check program details
Qualifying activity, invitation relationships, optional features, calculations, verification, and processing can differ by program or activity. Read the current page in FOCUS before taking part instead of relying on an older example.
Pay particular attention to the active period, participation requirements, status, and destination for credited activity. These details distinguish a standard invitation from a separate leaderboard or time-limited activity.
Request a review
If eligible activity appears to be missing, compare the invitation confirmation, program or activity page, Referral Dashboard, and Points balance. If a restriction or result still seems incorrect, use Help & Feedback with the program or activity name, approximate time, and notice you received.
Explain the step you completed and the result you expected. Share only the information needed for support to review your request, and keep another person's private account details, messages, and authentication information out of the report.
